Fill power is the measurement of down insulation’s loft, warmth, and quality. The higher the fill power, the more efficiently the down traps air and retains heat without adding extra weight. This means jackets with higher fill power are lighter, warmer, and more compressible for easy packing.

Responsible Down Standard (RDS)
All AlphaStyle down products are certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). This ensures that every feather and cluster in our gear comes from ducks and geese that have been treated with respect—never subjected to live-plucking or force-feeding. RDS certification also guarantees full traceability, so you know the down inside your jacket has been sourced responsibly from farm to final product.
